About the Collection
The Pikorua Collection
The Pikorua is a symbol that I became aware of when I was visiting Hawaii on the beautiful island of Kauai. I really connected with it and its meaning and so it inspired me to create a collection with the symbol. The Pikorua is an ancient Maori symbol that represents the bond or connection to the self, a partner or a person and then a community. A single twist represents the bond between one and a partner. The double twist represents a bond between loved ones and cultures. There is no beginning and no end, just eternal paths, an eternal bond. It reminds us that we are connected to our loved ones and communities or cultures through all space and time, even when we cannot be with our loved ones physically, we are always together in heart, strength and beauty. Love is powerful.
Additional designs are also included below in the New Additions section and their meaning is included in the description. Each of these handmade pieces are created with a lot of love and gratitude to create inspiration for the wearer.

Lapis Lazuli and Pyrite with a Pikorua, 14K gold fill (SOLD!)
The Lapis Lazuli in these pieces are rich in color and are a beautiful blue with specks of Pyrite which occur naturally in Lapis Lazuli. These pieces resemble the expansive night sky sprinkled with stardust. If you were going to make a wish on a star, why not have the whole sky to choose from?
Lapis Lazuli represents the element of Storm and is connected to our intuitive expression and can therefore help us focus on our intentions.
Rose Quartz with Rainbow Moonstone, Herikimer Diamonds and Pikorua, Sterling Silver (SOLD!)
The pendant is a beautifully faceted Rose Quartz with a clear Herkimer Diamond just below, all leading up to the Pikorua into the chain made with Rose Quartz, Rainbow Moonstone and a few more Herkimer Diamonds. This necklace represents being guided by pure love and light and allowing changes as we grow and evolve, always into something even better.
Amethyst with Herkimer Diamond and Pyrite with a Pikorua, 14K gold fill
The pendant is a natural, deep purple piece of uniquely cut Amethyst connected to the Pikorua and then to the Herkimer Diamond. The chain includes Amethyst, Pyrite and Herkimer Diamonds.
Mojave Tourmaline with PIkorua, 14k gold fill (SOLD!)
This piece is so beautifully unique. Tourmaline comes in a variety of colors and to find a stone with all represented is a true blessing.
Tourmaline represents the elements of Earth and Water and connects to the qualities of protection, inner peace, joy and balance.

Love is gentle, love is kind......this piece represents being empowered in love.
The Rose Quartz and the Pyrite are beautifully faceted and sparkle in the surrounding light.
Blue Opal with Ruby, 14k gold fill (SOLD!)
The smooth Blue Opal is accompanied by a faceted Ruby and connected to the Pikorua.
Blue Opal represents the element of Water and connects to the qualities of gentleness, calming thoughts and communication.
Ruby represents the element of earth and is knows as a life force stone which supports bringing life to ourselves and our hearts desires.

Chrysoprase with Ruby and Pyrite and a Triangle, 14k gold fill
This piece is made of a beautiful faceted drop of Chrysoprase with faceted Ruby, Pyrite and Chrysoprase. It represents bringing life to our inner guidance with empowerment. There is so much going on around us that tells us who we should be and what we should do but in order to live aligned, allow yourself to take some time to connect.....quiet the mind, go within and listen to your heart. Be you.
Kyanite with Triple Spiral wrapped in Brass (SOLD!)
This natural Kyanite is beautifully shaped and the color is strikingly blue. It is wrapped in Brass material with Triple Spiral symbols on each side. It represents building a connection with ourselves and those around us recognizing that we all have experienced a past and we show up in the present the only way we know how. Love yourself, love one another....exactly where you are.
Natural Citrine with Upward Arrows wrapped in Brass
Natural is rare to come by as most Citrine is heat treated giving a dark orange or brown color. All Citrine is beautiful however, the clarity and cut of this faceted stone is truly special.
Citrine represents the element of fire, action and creativity and also the qualities of abundance and prosperity. Abundance is a gift and can be in the form of love, friendship, finances and whatever form you may desire in your life.

Bumble Bee Jasper with Spinel, 14k gold fill with brass symbol
Bumble Bee Jasper has become a recent love of mine. This is a stone rich in color and the natural coloring is truly magic! This stone represents so much in and of itself including its relation to the powerful Bee. The Bee is made such that it should not be able to fly because of the size of its wings.....but it can and it not only does- but does it well. This is a miracle. This necklace represents miracles.
Ruby in Zoisite, 14k gold fill
These stones were a lucky find as I have never come across this cut and look before with the Ruby perfectly in the center of the Zoisite. They resemble a discrete heart shape in the center.
These earrings are a unique cut of Ruby in Zoisite with 14k gold fill. Ruby in Zoisite is a very special, natural mineral combination. These threaders have a center U bar that makes them comfortable to wear.
Bumble Bee Jasper with Brass (SOLD!)
Bumble Bee Jasper is a new love of mine and so here are some beautifully faceted stones connected to a hive shaped brass to honor the Bee....and miracles. Bees are miracles and these represent having a wish or a dream that is for the highest good of all and letting that wish be carried up the spiral to the heavens to be heard. Believe it is possible.
Earrings have brass hooks and are 1.5 inches from the center of the hook.
